Delete your Ketogo data
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Ketogo is published by Seyfi Can Zeyrek (trading as Morrowline Apps). Ketogo does not ask you to register with an email address or password; it creates an anonymous account identifier when you first open it. This page explains how to delete that identifier and the data we store for it, what is deleted, and what is kept.
Delete your data in the app
- Open Ketogo and go to the Profile tab.
- Under "Your data", tap "Delete my data".
- Read the list of what will be deleted and the note about your subscription, then tap "Continue".
- Confirm with "Delete my data".
You need an internet connection. Deletion happens immediately. If it cannot be completed, nothing is erased and the app asks you to try again. Afterwards the app starts over like a new install with a new anonymous identifier.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, email zeyrekseyfican@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Because the identifier is anonymous and not shown in the app, tell us:
- your platform (iOS or Android);
- the approximate date you installed Ketogo;
- if you subscribed, the order or transaction ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
We confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account identifier in Firebase Authentication.
- All records stored under it in our Firebase database, including the push token records used for notifications.
- When you delete in the app: everything Ketogo stores on your device (profile answers, name, nutrition targets, meal plans, food, water and activity logs, settings and the start-up log); the app also deletes its push token and signs the device out of RevenueCat.
- When you ask by email: your customer record at RevenueCat, and we ask Google to delete analytics data linked to the identifier where Google's tools allow it.
What is kept
- Analytics events and crash reports already sent to Google (Firebase) are kept for the period Google sets in its retention settings and then expire. Deleting in the app does not remove them; ask by email if you want us to request their deletion.
- Deleting in the app does not remove the subscription record RevenueCat keeps for the deleted identifier; ask by email to have it deleted.
- Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their rules, and we keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Advertising data held by Google (AdMob) is kept under Google's own rules.
- Your ad consent choices and your answer to Apple's tracking prompt stay on your device until you change them or uninstall the app.
- Copies in our providers' backups and logs remain until they are overwritten.
Your subscription
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- iPhone or iPad: Settings > Apple ID (your name at the top) > Subscriptions > Ketogo > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Ketogo > Cancel subscription.
Until you cancel, the subscription renews and stays with your store account. After deletion you can get Premium back with "Restore purchases" in Profile, using the same store account.
